The annual Chrystals Tennis Competion entry forms are now available for download from this site.

 
Simply complete the form and post to the address on the form or email your details to the competition organiser.
 

Saturday 9th - Sunday 10th May 2009

&

Friday 15th – Sunday 17th May 2009

 

The tournament will consist of Men’s and Ladies’ singles events to be held during the first weekend, followed by the semi finals and finals over the second weekend.

 

Doubles event to commence Friday 15th May.

 

(a playback draw will be arranged for 1st round losers if time permits)

 

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS: 6PM TUESDAY 5TH MAY 2009
